Belizean rates are as follows:

Mahalo House, sleeps 6 max including children. 1 bedroom with king bed and an upstairs loft with queen bed and set of bunk beds. Full kitchen, hot water, gas bbq grill, outdoor fireplace. High speed WiFi and and 50” smart TV with Netflix. ** If you have more than 6 persons, an additional unit needs to be rented.

Nov 15 to Apr 30 - 25% off base rate

Pua Villa, sleeps 5 max including children. Large studio with king bed, queen bed and sofa bed. Full kitchen, AC, hot water, large screened-in porch. High speed WiFi and 50” smart TV with Netflix. ** If you have more than 5 persons, an additional unit needs to be rented.

May 1 to Nov 15 - $249.61 bzd/night inclusive of tax

Nov 15 to Apr 30 - 25% off base rate

Mango Villa, sleeps 4 max including children. Large studio with king bed, sofa bed and floor cot. Full kitchen, AC, hot water, large screened-in porch. High speed WiFi and 50” smart TV with Netflix. ** If you have more than 4 persons, an additional unit needs to be rented.

May 1 to Nov 15 - $237.62 bzd/night inclusive of tax

Nov 15 to Apr 30 - 25% off base rate

Payment Policy:

- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation and the balance due 3 days prior to arrival.

​

- Payments can be made to Kane Villas account at Atlantic Bank or Belize Bank.

​

- We do not accept credit card payments for Belizean rates.

​

Cancellation Policy for Belizean Rate Reservations:

- Non-refundable

- Non-transferable (cannot give to another group)

- No date changes permitted

- Reservations cannot be changed due to weather (with the exception of hurricanes/tropical storms)

*** Please note the following property policies:

• Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out is charged at $21.80 bzd/hour and is subject to availability.

• No pets allowed.

• Maximum occupancy is not flexible. All children count as a person.

• No outside visitors permitted. The property is exclusively for overnight guests only.

• Pool deck closes at 9pm.

• No loud music permitted anywhere on the property. Small bluetooth speakers at low volume only at your villa (not on pool deck).
